At the recent Singapore Securities Investors Association (SIAS)awards dinner, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Co., Ltd. won the 2022"Most Transparent Company Award" in the "Investor's Choice"award.

The selection evaluated the transparency, information disclosurestandards, shareholders' rights and treatment policies of the shortlistedcompanies. The Singapore Securities Investors Association selected the winnersin 2022 based on the investor-centered research jointly conducted by SIAS, theNational University of Singapore Business School and the Center for Governanceand Sustainable Development, and the criteria of "income, valuation andrisk management" which are important to investors.

Yangzijiang shipbuilding industry regards transparency as thecore pillar of the group's investor relations activities, and seeks to improvedisclosure transparency by issuing comprehensive company announcements. Inaddition, Yangzijiang is also committed to maintaining regular communicationwith investors. The management of the group can directly solve business-relatedproblems and seek feedback from the investment community.
