On November 24th, the second unit of new generation 66,000DWT ultra-handymax bulk carrier “JAL KALASH” built by our group’s Yangzi-Mitsui Shipbuilding for Singapore shipowner, departed from the shipyard wharf and delivered for operation and started her maiden voyage.

On the morning of November 22nd, Yangzi-Mitsui held a grand naming ceremony for the vessel. Ms. Wang Haiyan named the vessel "JAL KALASH" and Mr. Pradeep Unni cut the string and threw champagne. Mr. Pradeep Unni, representative of the ship owner, expressed his gratitude to all the parties for the smooth delivery of the vessel and hoped to continue to work together with Yangzi-Mitsui in the future projects to maintain and deepen the partnership based on mutual trust.

On the morning of November 22nd, 2024, “JAL KALASH” was signed and delivered.
